Joy Starts Here: Sparking Your Own Joy To Inspire Theirs

Get ready for big fun and connection starting at Hyatt House Downtown from 1 - 9 PM, on Portland's beautiful South Waterfront. A hotel block is setup at the Hyatt House Downtown for $139 per night.

Our afternoon begins with Opening Sessions and Teacher of the Year presentations, followed by a free member field trip to iFLY Portland. Catch the Happy Hour Bus from the hotel or drive separately to meet us at 3:00 PM. Slots are strictly capped at 52 flights, so please only reserve a spot and sign the waiver if you know you want to fly. Spectators don't need to register--just hop on the bus to enjoy Happy Hour, learn, and cheer everyone on! Afterward, we will wrap up just a block away with an Evening Social at Dough Zone.

Take the streetcar with us (or drive, if you must) to Milwaukie High School for a full day, from 8 AM - 4 PM, of new and exciting Health and PE strategies you can use in your classroom the following Monday! Share your voice in our annual meeting, hear from Tom Filline (Angry Gym Teacher) our keynote speaker, let us buy you lunch, and enjoy making connections across the state with colleagues who care about the work you are doing.
